Weekday devotionals for Christians

Here is the Pep Talk

Galatians 6:7-9
(7)  Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
(8)  For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
(9)  And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Are you ready for the “pep talk?” Ready or not, here it comes!

We are told and reminded in the Bible that we will reap what we sow. It is only a matter of time before it comes about. WHEN you reap, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO REAP? The verses above are a sober reminder that we need to keep pressing on. If you need to take a break, then take a break (hopefully a short one). When you are finished, jump back in. If you need to make a change, then change it and keep going forward. These are things that I am reminded about. We all get worn out from time to time, just keep it all in perspective.

Here is the list that I believe came from the Lord. It challenges me and maybe it can be a help and a challenge to you as well to keep on going:

In times of displacement:

1. How will you respond?

2. Who will you continue to trust?

3. Who will you become during your displacement?

4. Will you work on improving where flaws are exposed?

5. How will you treat others?

6. How will you improve as a leader?

7. What will get priority in your schedule?

While I will not be able to answer all of these questions now (and neither will you), the answer will eventually come for every question. Will you still keep moving forward? Progress is dependent on you moving forward. I hope you will!

Be good at doing the difficult things in life…with God, through God, and by God!…be a Conqueror!!

Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

God Bless You!
